Bilal Jihad has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Bilal started their career as a Vendeur at Biougnach, where they gained knowledge of the company's internal system and was responsible for receiving and making sales calls for phones and televisions. Bilal then worked as an Animator at Agence 121, where they created loyalty cards with Shell and convincingly persuaded customers to obtain loyalty cards. Bilal continued their career as an Agent de service clientèle at Chaabi Cash, where they handled various payment operations, including bill payments for water, electricity, phone, and internet, as well as mobile and internet recharges. Following that, Bilal joined Gms Colis as an Agent logistique Administratif I Messagerie & Transport, where they managed and processed customer parcels, maintained records on the tracker, tracked parcels for timely delivery, and monitored delivery deadlines. Currently, they are working as an Operations Team Member at Mylerz Co.
