Ossama Hussein has a diverse range of work experience. Ossama started their career at Xceed in 2014 as a Technical Support Specialist for the Tedata account, where they worked until 2017. Ossama then joined Jumia Egypt in 2017, initially as a Pickup Station Specialist, responsible for customer pick up and problem-solving. Later, they transitioned to a role as a Logistics Specialist, where they managed and investigated couriers' activities and scheduled deliveries with customers. Ossama also worked as a Hub Leader, managing a team and overseeing day-to-day operations. In 2020, Ossama joined mylerz Co as a Hub Operation Supervisor, where they are responsible for dispatching, routing, and tracking the Hub E-Commerce Delivery Fleet, maintaining records and reports of performance and quality, and troubleshooting supply problems.
Ossama Hussein's education history starts in 2005 when they enrolled at Beni-Suef University. Ossama pursued a degree in the Faculty of Law and completed their studies in 2009. After that, in 2010, they participated in a training course called Basic Business Skills Acquisition (BBSA), which was sponsored by the Future Generation Foundation (FGF) and lasted until 2011. In 2012, Ossama pursued further education by attending the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) program. Lastly, since 2016, Ossama has been studying International Logistic and Supply Chain from the World Trade Organization, but it is unclear if they have completed this program as no end year is provided.
