Mayank Shrimukh

Mayank Shrimukh is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, strategy, and investor relations. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Finance and Chief of Staff at Mylo since March 2022, Mayank has successfully optimized the capital structure and significantly improved margins through strategic debt capital management and investor engagement. Prior roles include a focus on corporate strategy and fundraising at IndiaLends, as well as financial due diligence and M&A consulting at Deloitte India. Early career experiences include roles at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, where Mayank developed expertise in restructuring services and financial analysis. Mayank holds an MBA in Finance from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology and a B-Tech in Computer Science from UP Technical University.
