Brandon Parker

Brandon Parker has over 18 years of work experience. Brandon began their career in 2002 as a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, where they were responsible for completing daily system checks and tasks to keep Unix based servers operational. In 2008, they worked as a Front Line Agent at TeleTech, receiving inbound calls from HP notebook customers and helping them with their technical issues. In 2012, they worked as a Premise Tech at AT&T, where they were in charge of installing and repairing AT&T U-verse technologies. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Southwest Baptist University as a Network Support Specialist, where they were responsible for developing and deploying new operating systems and administering the university's printer servers, WSUS, antivirus server, group policy, active directory, Vmware View, Dell Kace 1000 server, and Kace 2000 server. Since 2017, they have been working as an IT Operations Manager at Mylo, a Lockton Company.
