Mikaela Billam

Mikaela Billam has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Mikaela began their career in 2006 as a New Business Coordinator at Northwestern Mutual. Mikaela then worked as an Admissions Advisor at National American University from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they moved to Farmers Insurance, where they worked as an Agency Career Consultant. In 2016, they joined Mylo as a Recruitment Specialist and HR Generalist. Mikaela then progressed to become an HR Business Partner in 2019, and is currently the VP of Human Resources at Mylo.

Mikaela Billam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwest Missouri State University. Additionally, they hold certifications in Life and Health- Kansas and Missouri, as well as Property and Casualty-Kansas and Missouri.
