Omar Arab

Omar Arab has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Omar currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at MYM since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People Officer / DRH at Teamstarter from May 2022 to September 2022. From 2015 to 2022, Omar worked at MYM as an HR Consultant and HR Growth Strategy Specialist, focusing on executive and people coaching. Omar also worked as an HRBP at EFAP - École des nouveaux métiers de la communication in 2015. Before that, Omar held the role of HRBP at Solocal Group starting from December 2010 until January 2015, where they managed multiple subsidiaries and was responsible for HR development, recruitment, and administrative staff management. From 2008 to 2010, Omar worked as a Supervisor Manager at Cellfish, overseeing several profit centers and managing a large team of employees. Lastly, they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Adecco from October 2002 till December 2007.

Omar ARAB obtained a Master's degree in Economic and Social Administration from Université Paris 8 in 2003. In 2020, they became a certified MBTI Practitioner through The Myers-Briggs Company. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Genre : quels enjeux ?
