Paul Benelli

Paul Benelli's work experience begins in 2009 at the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris, where they worked as a stagiaire. Paul then had a brief stint as a stagiaire at Maître D. De Leusse, Avocat in 2010. In 2013, Benelli worked as a stagiaire in the Direction Juridique at Havas Worldwide, and also became a member of the group de réflexion "La valorisation de la prestation de l'Avocat" at Conférence des Batonniers. Paul continued their legal career as a stagiaire avocat at Wilhelm & Associés, specializing in corporate law and commercial litigation. In 2013, Benelli became the Président de l'Association des élèves Avocats at Ecole de Formation du Barreau.

Benelli expanded their expertise by joining the legal team at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in 2014 as an Avocat Stagiaire. Paul worked on various international business law projects and assisted in the establishment of European companies in Singapore.

Benelli then joined HAAS Avocats in 2014 as an Avocat à la Cour. During their tenure, they created and managed two departments, "Marketplaces" and "FINTECH," providing legal support to digital platforms and innovative banking and financial services companies.

Paul started in 2022 as the Chief Legal Officer, focusing on legal compliance, contract management, and dispute resolution. In 2023, they took on the additional role of Data Protection Officer. Benelli is currently serving as the Chief Payments Officer, overseeing the company's payment operations.

Paul Benelli obtained their Bachelor's degree in general private law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University in 2011. Paul then pursued a Master's degree in literary and artistic property rights at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, which they completed in 2012. In 2013, Paul enrolled at the Ecole de Formation du Barreau - EFB to undergo training in becoming a lawyer and obtained the C.A.P.A degree in 2014. Following this, they gained a specialization in International Business Law by completing an L.LM program at Sorbonne - Assas international Law School / INSEAD in the same year.
