Colleges face three major problems: recruiting best-fit students, retaining them, and graduating them on time. Using web-based assessment technology and artificial intelligence, MyMajors matches students to their best-fit majors for likely student success and persistence. The result is that MyMajors students engaging in the right majors on your campus enroll, persist, and graduate in four years at up to 22% higher rates than the national average.

MyMajors is backed by grants from the National Science Foundation to improve college student readiness, advising, persistence, and completion rates by helping institutions proactively help their students discover their best-fit majors specific to those offered at their campus. We work with 119 college campuses and over 20,000 high school counselors across the country to help their students connect to their best-fit majors through a 15-minute majors-fit program that also connects a student to potential career pathways. It is a focused and engaging starting point for majors exploration and selection, built around our partners’ process, philosophy, and programs.
