Brandie Traylor

Brandie Traylor is the Vice President of Client Operations at myMatrixx. Brandie has over fifteen years of experience in the customer service and sales industries.

Brandie began their career as a Sales Support Representative at Integra LifeSciences in 2006. Brandie was promoted to Sales Representative in 2007 and left the company in 2009 to join Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker. During their three years at Wells Fargo, they were recognized as one of the top performers in their region.

In 2012, Brandie joined BB&T as a Relationship Banker. Brandie was quickly promoted to Client Services Manager at myMatrixx, an Express Scripts Company, where they oversaw a team of customer service representatives. In their four years at myMatrixx, they increased customer satisfaction ratings by 15%.

Brandie is currently the Vice President of Client Operations at myMatrixx. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the company's customer service and sales operations. Brandie has been instrumental in developing myMatrixx's customer-centric culture and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

Brandie Traylor holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs.
