Rachael Penland

Rachael Penland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and account management, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at MyMatrixx by Evernorth since April 2013. Rachael's previous roles at MyMatrixx include Senior Account Executive and Senior Technical Trainer. Prior to this, Rachael worked at Express Scripts from May 2007 to March 2013 as an Account Manager. Rachael holds a Ph.D. in Education with a focus on Career and Workforce Education from the University of South Florida, completed between 2014 and 2019. Additionally, Rachael earned a Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from North Carolina State University.
