With over 25 years of experience in sales, client services and operations management in group health and workers’ compensation pharmacy benefits management and technology solutions, Viviana has led the successful migration of claims processing platforms and organizational integration for multiple PBM acquisitions. She has a passion for innovation that is best highlighted by her leadership of real-time solutions and automation initiatives to improve the customer experience and revenue growth.
Prior to joining myMatrixx, Viviana held senior leadership positions within the pharmacy industry, including Senior Director of PBA Operations at Change Healthcare, the largest financial and administrative healthcare network in the U.S., and Vice President of Client Services at SXC/HealthTrans, where she oversaw client services, call center and mail order operations.
