Reza Hariri has an extensive work history in media and sales. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at KMEL at Clear Channel Radio. From 1986 to 1991, Reza attended San Diego State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology.

In 1996, they briefly enrolled at Azusa Pacific University, where they completed a Master's Degree in Sports Psychology.
