Shannon Lee has over a decade of experience in property management and customer service, currently serving as Onboarding Associate III and Portfolio Manager at Mynd since December 2018, with a prior role as Onboarding Lead for the East Region. From October 2010 to November 2018, Shannon held the position of Property Manager at MAA, demonstrating expertise in maintaining occupancy rates, overseeing capital projects, and ensuring team performance in sales while managing expenses. Early career experience includes roles as a Bartender at Rooster's Country Bar and Leasing Consultant at Alliance Residential Company, showcasing strong customer service skills and financial management. Shannon completed a High School Diploma in General Studies from Red Mountain High School in 2004.
