Sylvie Lafosse has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sylvie currently holds the position of Global Market Access Director - COO at MyndBlue since July 2015. In addition, they serve as a Board Member at France Biotech, starting from November 2020 till December 2021.

Before their current roles, Sylvie worked at AbbVie from February 2012 to 2015, holding the positions of Head of Business Intelligence & Strategy / Launch Readiness. During their time at AbbVie, they played various leadership roles, including Patient Journey Leader, and worked on therapeutic areas such as HCV, HIV, and Oncology.

Prior to AbbVie, Sylvie held the position of Head of Sales & Marketing at Grünenthal Group from 2010 to February 2012. Sylvie also worked at LFB from June 2004 to 2009 as the Head of Marketing for Hepatology, Intensive Care, and Pneumology in the Hospital division.

Additionally, Sylvie has experience with Zambon, where they served as the European Leader of Woman Care from June 2002 to May 2004. Sylvie also worked as a Senior Product Manager at Zambon from April 1998 to May 2002. Before joining Zambon, Sylvie worked at Pierre Fabre, where they held the roles of Product Manager from January 1997 to March 1998 and REPS in Dermatology from January 1995 to December 1996.

Sylvie Lafosse's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications. In 1987, they obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology. Following this, from 1991 to 1992, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in biological and medical sciences with a focus on oncology at the same institution. In 1993, Sylvie Lafosse continued their education at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from their Institute of Business Administration (IAE). In 2017-2018, they attended Aix-Marseille University and received a European Market Access Diploma (EMAUD). Moving forward, in 2021 they enrolled in the INSEAD Executive Education program called "Leading Across Borders and Cultures." Lastly, in 2022 they studied at École des Sciences du Cancer, completing a program in Innovation in Oncology (DU Innovation en Oncologie).
