Caitlin Baltzer is the Co-Founder and CEO of MYndspan, where Caitlin also holds the title of Co-Founder and COO. Prior to this, Caitlin was the Fellowship Founder at What If Fellowship. Caitlin has experience as the VP of Strategy and Operations at Croton Healthcare and as an Associate in Investments and Treasury at The Woodbridge Company Ltd. Caitlin also worked as an Analyst in Investment Consulting at RBC Wealth Management, and as a Private Client Associate at the same company. Caitlin began their career as a Market Research Associate at Methapharm Inc. Caitlin holds a Master's degree in Finance and Investing, a Master's in Business Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Honours Economics and Administration.
