Catherine Serusclat has a diverse range of work experience, spanning roles in talent management, career coaching, and program design. Catherine started their career as an HR assistant at Groupe Mapi in 2005 before moving on to The Manitowoc Company, where they served as a Talent Management Specialist for Europe Middle-East Africa. During their time at The Manitowoc Company, Catherine implemented performance appraisal systems, designed training programs, and created a global Management & Leadership Competency Model. In 2009, they joined Veolia Water as a Talent Manager, where they developed a Talent and Succession Planning framework, designed a Management & Leadership Development Program for managers, and acted as the UK Graduate Program Manager. Catherine then transitioned to Kingfisher plc in 2013, assuming the role of Group Talent Manager. In this position, they designed and managed the International Graduate Program and led talent development initiatives across Europe. After leaving Kingfisher in 2018, Catherine took on roles as Head of Programmes at OnTrack Sport, Early Talent Development Consultant & Career Coach at People at Heart Coaching, and Career Coach at MYNDUP. In these positions, they designed and delivered workshops for early-career employees, supported schools and universities, and provided career coaching services.

Catherine Serusclat's education history begins with their completion of a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General; Human Resources Development from Institut de Gestion Sociale Lyon between 2006 and 2008. Catherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universite Claude Bernard Lyon 1, which they attained in 2006. In 2005, they earned an Associate's degree in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations from the same university. Before that, in the years 2002 to 2004, they studied at Genesee Community College and achieved an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management; Hospitality Management.

Catherine also holds various additional certifications. In 2023, they completed a certification in First Aid for Mental Health from Nuco Training Ltd. In 2022, they received an Accredited Certificate in Positive Psychology from Animas Centre for Coaching. In 2019, they obtained an Accredited Certificate in Group Coaching, as well as an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching, both from Animas Centre for Coaching. Furthermore, in 2018, Catherine attained an Accredited Certificate in Mindfulness for Coaching from the same institution. Finally, in 2013, they acquired two certifications, namely Test User: Occupational, Ability (ex Level A), and Test User: Occupational, Personality (MBTI and 16PF), both from The British Psychological Society.
