Tariq Alfarra

Tariq AlFarra, DO, currently serves as a Physician Consultant at multiple organizations including OpenLoop, Weatherby Healthcare, AllMed Healthcare Management, Medical Review Institute of America, and ExamWorks, all initiated between January and April 2024. Tariq is also an Interventional Spine/Pain Specialist at Mount Sinai Health System and an Assistant Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, both roles commencing in October 2023. Previously, Tariq worked as an Interventional Pain Specialist at National Spine & Pain Centers from June to October 2023. In addition to clinical positions, Tariq holds several leadership roles with the American Academy of Pain Medicine and contributes to Mynd Immersive as the Head of VResearch and Advisory Board Member. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Medicine degree from various stages at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a Bachelor's Degree from Texas Christian University.
