Connie S. Ducaine

Connie S. Ducaine, PhD, LPC, LCADC, ACS, NCC, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Solutions at MyndYou, a position held since April 2024, following a tenure as Senior Vice President of Strategic Solutions at Evolent Health from December 2017 to April 2024, where responsibilities included fostering relationships with health care plans to support members facing advanced illnesses. Concurrently, Ducaine has served as an Adjunct Professor at Montclair State University since January 2016. Previous roles include Director of Clinical Account Management at Vital Decisions, Manager of Operations at Modulo Security LLC, and various positions at COPE Center, among others. Ducaine's educational background includes a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision and multiple degrees from Montclair State University and the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
