Lucy Strang

Lucy Strang is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product ownership, customer success, and teaching. Currently serving as a Product Owner at MyNewTerm since September 2022, Lucy manages the development of new features for the platform, collaborates with software engineers, and communicates effectively with customers. Previously, Lucy held roles including Customer Success Manager and Client Relationship Manager at MyNewTerm, where responsibilities involved account management and user training. Prior to the tech sector, Lucy worked as a Class Teacher and Year 2 Teacher in various primary schools. With a background in buying and merchandising at Next Group PLC and experience in PR, Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion and Textiles Management from Nottingham Trent University.
