Angelique Carbo is the Founder and CEO of B & M Coaching and Consulting LLC, where professional coaching and consulting services are offered to individuals and organizations across various functions and industries since January 2021. Additionally, Angelique serves as an Executive Advisor at MyNextSeason starting in August 2023, focusing on coaching and executive development. Previously, Angelique held the position of Senior Human Resources Advisor (Interim CHRO) at the National Audubon Society from September 2021 to June 2022, overseeing HR operations while working on key projects. Angelique also served as Executive Vice President of People and Culture at Emerald and as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Selective Insurance, where extensive experience in talent management and organizational development was established. Angelique holds an MBA in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and is a graduate of the Chief Human Resource Officer Academy.
