Dr. Leslie Wilk Braksick

Dr. Leslie Wilk Braksick is a prominent organizational development expert with extensive experience in talent management and consulting. As the Co-Founder and Senior Partner of My Next Season since April 2014, Dr. Braksick provides strategic support to organizations undergoing growth and transformation, leveraging insights from an advisory team of former Fortune 500 executives. Prior to this role, Dr. Braksick co-founded and served as Chairman and CEO of CLG from February 1993 to January 2014, and held a senior consulting position at CESD from January 1990 to December 1992.
