Mark Linsz

Mark Linsz is a seasoned financial executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in risk management and organizational strategy. As Co-Founder and Senior Managing Partner of MyNextSeason since September 2014, Mark has focused on supporting organizational talent through periods of growth and change. Additionally, Mark has served on the Board of Directors for Falfurrias Capital since 2022 and CNL Strategic Capital since 2017, where responsibilities include chairing the audit committee. Mark's previous roles include significant positions at Bank of America from 1998 to 2014, such as CFO Risk Executive and Chief Risk Officer for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Other board memberships include The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and BlackRock. Mark Linsz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from National Louis University.
