Brent Chapman

Brent Chapman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Brent is currently the Chief Executive Officer at myNILpay, Inc. since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Information Officer at Fay Financial from March 2020 to August 2022. Brent was also an Official Member of Forbes Technology Council from June 2018 to June 2022.

Before their current roles, Brent held the positions of Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation from 2016 to 2020. Brent served as the Head of Enterprise Technology (CTO) at Ocwen Financial Corporation from January 2015 to August 2016.

Earlier in their career, Brent worked at Dell, where they held various roles including Customer Delivery Executive, IT Service Delivery Senior Manager, and IT Program Manager. Brent also founded ArxGuardian, a Dallas-based AWS reseller of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure, where they acted as the Chief Executive Officer.

Brent's work experience also includes roles at Jadi, Inc. as a Project Manager, Target as an Executive Team Leader, and CommSouth Companies as an Operations Manager, Marketing/Customer Experience Manager, and Marketing Assistant.

Brent Chapman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Oakland University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Carthage College from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Marketing. Brent completed their high school education at Lutheran High School Northwest from 1994 to 1997. Brent also spent three years at Frankfurt International School from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, Brent has obtained several certifications, including Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from ExpertRating Solutions in October 2014, AWS Business Professional Accreditation from Amazon Web Services in December 2013, ITIL Foundation V3 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2011, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in October 2014.
