Kara McNichol Ouellette MSN, RN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Kara started in 2013 at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center as a Registered Nurse. Kara then went on to work at Fastaff Travel Nursing from 2015 to 2016, Emerald Health Services in 2017, and Medical Solutions from 2016 to 2018. Their most recent roles include working at Aya Healthcare as a Registered Nurse from 2018 to 2020, and currently at NMC Health as the Executive Director of Clinical Outcomes, a role they have held since 2022. In between, they also served as the Director Of Quality at NMC Health from 2020 to 2022.

Kara further pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of Alabama from 2014 to 2015.
