Sai Deo

Sai Deo serves as the Head of Strategy at Myntra since January 2025, following an extensive tenure at Bain & Company from July 2014 to January 2025, where Sai held various leadership roles, including Partner and Associate Partner. During time at Bain, Sai led the Private Equity Practice in India, co-authored major publications, and co-led initiatives focused on the advancement of women in the workplace. With a robust background in eCommerce and consumer retail tech, Sai has significant experience in working with digital platforms, private equity investments, and operational transformations. Earlier roles included an internship at Dow Chemical and research fellowships at The University of British Columbia and the National Chemical Laboratory. Sai holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
