Bibin Joy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and strategic growth, currently serving as the Strategic Growth Manager at MYOB. In this role, Bibin manages and coaches a team of Strategic Account Executives to enhance revenue growth and customer retention among high-value SME clients. Prior to this position, Bibin held various roles at MYOB and associated companies, including Sales Manager, Senior Business Development Manager, and Client Manager, contributing to the successful launch of MYOB CRM after the acquisition of Tall Emu CRM. Bibin has a background in technology and business process improvement, having also worked with multinational companies such as HansaWorld, Hewlett Packard, and Telecom New Zealand.
