Joanne Silvester

Joanne Silvester has extensive experience in sales management across various companies, currently serving as the New Business Sales Manager for ANZ at MYOB since October 2016, following the role of NZ Partner Sales Manager. Prior experience includes over a decade at Spark New Zealand, where roles spanned Capability and Performance Manager, Regional Sales Coach, Sales Capability Direct Channel Manager, and National Account Manager, focusing on developing sales strategies and enhancing coaching capabilities. Earlier in their career, Joanne held a sales position at Ernest Adams Limited from 1996 to 1999. Joanne holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Commerce from Lincoln University (NZ) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Canterbury.
