Erica Borggren

Erica is the former Acting Secretary of Transportation for the State of Illinois and was Director of the Department of Illinois Veterans Services. Prior to that, she served as a senior staff member for Army Gen. David H. Petraeus during his time as Commanding General of Multi-National Force - Iraq and as head of United States Central Command throughout the Middle East. Erica is a Rhodes Scholar, Truman Scholar, and was the valedictorian of her West Point class. She holds postgraduate degrees in comparative social policy and theology from Oxford University.
