Allan Spooner

Allan Spooner is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations, strategic development, and client engagement across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Practice Operations Executive at MyOwnDoctor since July 2022, Allan focuses on enhancing access and health equity for virtual health services. Previously, Allan held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Franciscan Health South Suburban Chicago, overseeing a comprehensive health system, and served as President of the Hospital Division at Columbia St. Mary's, managing multiple acute care and rehabilitation facilities. Allan's substantial background also includes leadership roles at Dignity Health, where responsibilities encompassed a $200 million healthcare provider and strategic operations in the Nevada market, as well as significant corporate development efforts at St. John Providence Health System. Allan holds an AB in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Business Policy, Strategy & Marketing from the University of Chicago.
