Jo H. began their career in 2002 as a Claims Manager at RBS International, where they managed the Motor Incident Management Department and the Liability Resolution Department. They were responsible for department actions, targets, and cost-saving projects. In 2011, they joined RAC WA as a Business Analyst and Claims Delivery Manager, leading a team of Business Analysts and overseeing strategic initiatives. They then worked at HealthEngine from 2015 to 2019, initially as a Senior Manager of Customer Support and later as the Head of Customer Success and Support. After that, they served as the Chief Customer Officer at PropertyMe from May 2021 to October 2021, and as the Director of Sales and Customer Success at Plexi from January 2022 to April 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Strategic Partnerships at MYP Corporation starting from July 2023, and they had a brief period as an Independent Consultant at the same company from May 2023 to June 2023. They also took a career break from October 2021 to December 2021 to care for their father.
