Becca Weiss

Becca Weiss is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Paradigm, a position held since May 2019. Prior roles at Paradigm include Human Resources Coordinator and Office Coordinator. Prior to this, Becca gained extensive management experience at Starbucks from September 2014 to May 2019, serving as Store Manager, Shift Supervisor, and Barista. Additional experience includes youth development at the Greater Green Bay YMCA and a seasonal internship at Walt Disney World. Becca also worked as an Advocate at Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin. Becca holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, earned in 2015.
