Rebecca Traxler

Rebecca Traxler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business analysis within the eCommerce and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Paradigm since March 2020, Rebecca's prior roles include eCommerce Project Manager/Functional Consultant at Mi9 Retail and Project Management Director at Upshot Commerce. In these positions, Rebecca successfully managed complex multi-product implementations and customer onboarding to SaaS platforms, while also playing key roles in scrum methodologies and agile transitions. Rebecca's career also includes consultancy work for small businesses, where performance improvement strategies were developed, as well as prior positions that further solidified a diverse skill set in management, organization, and communication. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
