Amanda Gilbert, LCSW, is a highly experienced Director of Therapeutic Services, having begun their career in 2006 as a skills trainer and progressing to various therapeutic roles. They obtained their Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis in 2008 and have been dedicated to providing individual therapy and professional supervision since then. Amanda has worked with diverse populations, including bilingual clients, and has held leadership positions at several organizations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Social Services at Meridian Health Services Corp and co-lead Believe in Transformations, which is set to start providing community services with the Department of Child Services in July 2025.
