Fran Gross

Fran has an extensive background in helping organizations clarify their specific needs for human resources improvement and development processes and experience in prioritizing and implementing the correct steps required to elevate and organization’s effectiveness. Previously she was the Senior Industrial/Organizational Psychologist for The Timken Company a multi-billion dollar global manufacturing enterprise. Prior to her role with The Timken Company, Fran was the co-founder and President of Competitive Edge Business Systems a nationally recognized consulting firm that specializes in the evaluation of organizational effectiveness. Fran’s very successful consulting practice consisted of her working with organizations in both public and private sectors where she consulted on feasibility, appropriateness and design of performance evaluation, 360-degree feedback, and selection systems. In addition she is recognized for her coaching and mentoring of women in the work place.
