Angela de Giacomo

Angela De Giacomo serves as the Vice President and General Manager for Southern California at myPlace Health, where the focus is on delivering value-based, comprehensive care to older adults through the myPlace PACE model. Previous roles include Executive Director of Operations and Director of Provider & Patient Engagement at Landmark Health, where the emphasis was on providing medical care to adults with chronic illnesses. Angela also held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Compassus, overseeing a range of home-based healthcare services, and served in various marketing and business development roles at Optum and PIH Health. Angela holds an MBA in Leadership & Organizational Change from Pepperdine University and a BA in Sociology & Organizational Studies from Pitzer College.
