Robbie Pottharst is the Founder and CEO of myPlace Health, a company that specializes in providing value-based, comprehensive care and coverage for older adults with significant needs. Prior to founding myPlace Health, Pottharst served as Managing Partner at Pottharst Group LLC and Chief Operating Officer at Cityblock Health. Robbie also has experience as Vice President at Kaiser Permanente and CareMore Health, as well as roles at Elevance Health, Strategy&, Deloitte Consulting, and RTI Health Solutions. Pottharst holds a MHA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Managerial Economics and Biology/Pre-med from Hampden-Sydney College.

myPlace Health was founded in 2021 by mission-driven healthcare leaders and organizations (including SCAN Group and Commonwealth Care Alliance) that are committed to drastically improving health outcomes, quality and experience for vulnerable older adults and frail seniors. myPlace Health is an integrated care delivery organization that specializes in providing personalized care and coverage to older adults who wish to remain safely living in their homes and communities for as long as possible, rather than living in a nursing facility. Our mission is simple: to enable older adults to live the independent lives they deserve. The primary ways in which we pursue our mission are through capitated arrangements with government payers, such as Medicare and Medicaid under the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model, and as a value-based provider working in partnership with local health plans.
