Sandra Jowers

Sandra Jowers has extensive work experience in various roles, with their most recent position being the Managing Director Change Science at Proteus since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Product Officer and Head of Learning Hub at Proteus. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Head of Reach at Proteus, providing consultancy and coaching support to clients across different sectors. Before joining Proteus, Sandra held roles such as Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant, where they provided consultancy support for transformation programs and established program management offices to improve project performance. Sandra has also worked at EurotaxGlass's as the Head of Delivery and Senior Project Manager, and at Razorfish as a Senior Project Manager. Sandra's earliest work experience was at NatWest, where they worked as a Project Manager.

Sandra Jowers earned an MBA in Management and Project Management from Henley Business School, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Banking, Insurance & Finance from Bangor University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1994. Sandra Jowers also holds additional certifications, including being a member of the Association for Project Management since 2004. Sandra has presented at the NETHOPE 20th Anniversary Summit in November 2021 and is scheduled to present at the NETHOPE Global Summit in October 2022. In 2023, they will participate in the Women In Leadership virtual workshop offered by the Institute of Government & Public Policy.
