Brian Stern

Brian Stern has extensive experience in operations management and financial analysis within the utility sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Transmission & Distribution at MYR Group since September 2010, Brian has held various leadership roles, including Group Vice President and Regional Vice President, managing operations across five states: Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Prior to MYR Group, Brian was the Director of Financial Analysis at Pike Electric from May 2006 to September 2010, where responsibilities included reporting directly to the CFO, project management, and developing reporting requirements for a new job cost system. Brian holds an MBA from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.
