Neile Taylor

Neile Taylor has a diverse work experience in Human Resources spanning multiple companies. Neile started their career in 2000 as a Human Resources Administrator at Swisslog, where they worked until 2003. In 2004, they joined Carefree of Colorado as a Recruiter before transitioning to MYR Group in the same year. At MYR Group, Neile held various HR roles including HR Generalist, Sr. HR Generalist, HR Manager, Sr. HR Manager, and most recently, Director of Human Capital Management. Neile has been with MYR Group since 2004.

Neile Taylor has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science/Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Neile also has additional certifications in "Busting Myths About Salary Negotiations" from LinkedIn and "Senior Professional in Human Resources®" from HRCI.
