Claudio Argento

Claudio Argento has a long and varied work experience. Claudio began their career as a Staff Scientist at Rockwell Scientific in 1996. In 2000, they moved to Edwards Lifesciences as a Senior Principal Engineer. In 2004, they became the Director of Research and Development at Sadra Medical. In 2006, they were the Vice President of Research and Development at Bioventrix. In 2008, they were the Senior Director at PowerVision Inc. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Vice President of Research and Development at Apama Medical. From 2015 to 2017, they were the CTO and Co-Founder of Atia Vision. From 2017 to 2018, they were the CTO and Co-Founder of Myra Medical. Since 2018, they have been the CTO and Co-Founder of Tioga Medical.

Claudio Argento obtained their B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in 1988. Claudio then went on to pursue a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Grenoble INP - UGA in 1990-1991, followed by a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I) in 1991-1994.
