Deborah Fritz's work experience began in 2001 at UBS, where they worked as a Financial Controller and later became the Head of Accounting - deputy. In 2008, they joined Beacon Capital Partners as a Financial Controller and held the position of Responsable Financier. In 2016, they founded the MYRE Asset management platform, serving as the Founder & CEO. In 2018, they became the Co-founder of the 17% RE women networking initiative.
