David Teng

David Teng is an accomplished professional in the field of molecular diagnostics and biochemistry, currently serving as the Companion Diagnostics Program Director at Myriad Genetics since October 2013, after previously holding the position of Companion Diagnostics Senior Lab Manager. With extensive experience as a Molecular Diagnostics Consultant and roles in product development at MolecularMD, Teng has also contributed significantly to R&D efforts as the Director of Biochemistry at BioFire Diagnostics and as the Director of Molecular Biology at Deltagen. Early career experience includes positions as a Scientist at Myriad Genetics and as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Washington and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Teng holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology & Genetics from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry & Biochemistry from Lewis & Clark College.
