Julia Wells

Julia Wells serves as the Senior Vice-President of Enterprise Transformation and Program Management at Myriad Genetics since January 2022, previously holding the position of Vice-President in the same area. At HP, Julia has held various roles since May 2011, including Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and PMO, where leadership focused on driving multi-year strategic initiatives, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and enhancing portfolio strategies across the Personal Systems Business. Achievements at HP include the implementation of a unified operating model, improvements in sales enablement, and the establishment of best-in-class training programs. Prior experience includes a strategic leadership role at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, where Julia managed substantial P&L responsibilities and achieved significant revenue growth. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in English from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of San Diego.
