Myriad Genetics
Sarah Grams, MS, MPH, is a seasoned Genetic Counselor with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving on the Patient Education Team at Myriad Genetics since October 2022, Sarah previously worked as a Reproductive Health Genetic Counselor at Invitae, where responsibilities included providing genetic counseling services for reproductive tests. Prior to this role, Sarah spent over a decade at Kaiser Permanente, offering genetic counseling and care coordination for diverse patient populations, including pediatric, adult, and prenatal patients, while also managing metabolic diseases. Early in the career, Sarah held positions at Sutter Memorial Hospital, the University of Pittsburgh, Celera Corporation, and Children's Hospital Oakland Research Institute, contributing to research and clinical genetics. Sarah holds a Master's Degree in Genetic Counseling and Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
