Brian Burgos, PMP, ITILv3

Brian Burgos, PMP, ITILv3 is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in the IT industry. Brian most recently served as a Senior Project Manager at Myriad360, where they took on a leadership role in overseeing projects. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Strategic Partnership Manager and a Senior Partner Program Manager. In these positions, they focused on driving revenue growth and customer adoption through partner engagement.

Brian also gained significant experience as a Senior Project Manager at BT, where they successfully deployed large-scale projects within the financial industry. Brian was responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from kick-off to closure, and ensuring the successful implementation of proprietary solutions.

Before BT, Brian served as the PMO Director at MASS Communications, where they oversaw the PMO team and processes. Brian worked closely with clients to align project scope and timelines with their expectations.

Earlier in their career, Brian worked at NSC Global as a Senior Project Manager, where they managed multiple complex projects simultaneously and consistently delivered projects above margin expectations. Brian also has experience as a Lead Project Manager at The Ergonomic Group, where they directed and managed enterprise-level IT projects, and as a Project Engineer at BT, where they focused on the deployment and implementation of proprietary trading systems for financial institutions.

To start their career, Brian worked as a Senior Computer Technician at CompUSA. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated their ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope, while effectively managing stakeholders and utilizing resources efficiently.

Brian Burgos, PMP, ITILv3, holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Excelsior University. Brian also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the same institution. In addition to their educational background, Brian has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include the PMP certification from PMI, which they acquired in April 2012, and the ITILv3 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in October 2015. Brian also holds the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in October 2021. Additionally, Brian obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in March 2023.
