Alex Tief has held various roles in the supply chain and customer service industries since 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at Signet Electronic Systems as a Purchasing Agent. From 2006 to 2019, they worked at Graybar, starting as a Customer Service Representative and ending as a Branch Supervisor. In 2019, they began working at Myriad360 as the Director of Supply Chain, supervising a team of Account Managers, Return Management Representatives, Order Management Specialists and Purchasing Agents with sales over $300M in revenue and spend of over $280M annually. Alex also manages and improves the performance of a 50,000 sq ft Integration Center with an average inventory of $35M+ on hand as well as global logistics capabilities.
Alex Tief attended Belleview High School from 1997 to 2001, where they earned their High School Diploma in General Studies. Alex then attended the Community College of Rhode Island from 2017 to 2019, studying Business Administration and Management, General. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Service Experience Management from Arizona State University. In 2020, they received a Cisco Customer Success Manager Specialist certification from Cisco, and in 2022 they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the University of South Florida.
