Michael Forstik

Michael Forstik has a diverse work experience. Michael started their career as a Key Holder at 5 Below from 2005 to 2010, where they were responsible for completing floor/marketing plans, providing customer service, and managing register earnings. From 2012 to 2012, they worked as a manager trainee at Hertz. In 2013, they joined Smart Circle International, initially as an Account Executive and later as the Head Trainer and Account Executive. In these roles, they launched and managed direct sales campaigns, hired and trained sales representatives, and significantly increased lead production and revenue. In 2022, Michael joined GDS Group as a Sales Development Representative, where they drove strategic growth, supported e-commerce growth through data-driven decision-making, and contributed to modernizing and improving data. Michael currently works at Myriad360 as a Business Development Specialist starting from 2023.

Michael Forstik attended Monmouth University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Michael also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General during the same time period. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained certifications in Networking Foundations: Networking Basics and Salesforce Essential Training from LinkedIn.
