Craig Ridley

Craig Ridley has over 17 years of professional experience in the technology and government contracting industries. Craig began their career in 2002 as a Manager of Business Alliances and Senior Contracts & Program Manager at XO Communications. In 2006, they became the Founder and CEO of BluChipz.com, an interactive media startup. Craig also held the role of Small Business Alliance & Mentor-Protégé Program Manager at Unisys in 2006. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships & Programs, Assistant to the President, and Corporate SBLO at TASC, Inc. In 2014, they joined Allegheny Science & Technology as the Vice President of Business Development. In 2017, they became an Enabling Partner, Co-Founder at Eleccion, LLC and a Member of the Board of Directors at Children's Science Center. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of ROUTE Analytics Inc. In 2019, they joined MindShare Inc. as a Member of the Class of 2019.

Craig Ridley attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Marketing.
