Deputy CEO at Myrspoven AB

Adam Dahlquist has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Adam is currently involved in explorative engagements as the Founder, entrepreneur, and management consultant at GLAD Venture. Some examples of their recent roles include being the Deputy CEO at Myrspoven AB, offering energy optimization in buildings using AI, and providing business development services to a company developing home-battery packs.

Prior to this, Adam served as a Senior advisor at ALTRIS from 2019 to 2023, where they played a key role in growing and developing the business. Adam also served as the CEO of ALTRIS from 2020 to 2022, overseeing significant growth in the operational team. Adam was also a Member of the Board at ALTRIS from 2019 to 2021.

Adam has also held positions as a Board Member at Peafowl Solar Power AB from 2019 to 2020 and as an Investment Manager at EIT InnoEnergy from 2015 to 2020. At EIT InnoEnergy, they were responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities within sustainable energy deep tech ventures and managing a portfolio of 14 companies.

In addition, Adam worked as the Department Manager at AQ Enclosure Systems AB from 2011 to 2015, where they successfully energized the design office and secured major new customers. Prior to this, they served as a Management Consultant at GLAD Venture AB from 2010 to 2015, undertaking various missions such as lecturing on innovation and leading workshops in different countries.

Earlier in their career, Adam worked as a Management Consultant at Oxyma Innovation AB from 2006 to 2010, taking on a range of missions. Adam also founded and served as the CTO of Enkatsu Solutions AB from 2001 to 2006, where they played an active role in equity issuances, product development, and strategic planning.

Adam's work experience is complemented by their role as an Alternate member of the board at SMIL from 2005 to 2006.

Adam Dahlquist's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Lund University, where they studied Psychology for one year. In the same year, they also studied French at Visingsö folkhögskola.

In 1996, Adam attended Lund University again, this time focusing on Economy for one year.

From 1997 to 2002, Adam studied Industrial design and obtained a Master of Science degree from Linköping University.

In 2000, they briefly studied Industrial design at Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC).

In 2015, Adam attended Esade and studied Assessing human resource in Ventures for one year.

In 2016, they returned to Esade to study Finance for Business Creation for one year.

In 2019, Adam enrolled in Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education and completed a program in Business Administration for Managers and Leaders.

Most recently, in 2022, Adam attended Stockholm University and pursued a degree in Climate Change Solutions. The field of study for this degree was not specified.
