Michelle Hylan

Michelle Hylan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and consulting industries. As the Founder and CEO of Innov8tive Research Consulting since May 2014, Michelle has demonstrated leadership and innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Clinical Operations at Myrtelle and as the Chief Operating Officer at Telocyte, Michelle brings expertise in clinical operations and strategic management. Michelle has also held clinical consultant roles at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc., Regenacy Pharmaceuticals LLC, HemoShear Therapeutics, and Allena Pharmaceuticals, contributing valuable insights to diverse projects. Prior to these roles, Michelle was a Principal Consultant at Halloran Consulting Group and Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics. Academic credentials include studies at Wellesley College and a degree from Connecticut College.
